By accessing or using PromptL, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the application.

PromptL is an AI prompt management application that allows users to organize, edit, and access their custom prompts for various artificial intelligence models and tools.

PromptL is offered with free and paid tiers. Access to advanced features requires a paid subscription or one time purchase processed through RevenueCat and Apple In App Purchases.

All fees are non refundable except as required by law. Pricing is subject to change with notice provided inside the application.

You are solely responsible for the content you store, process, and output using PromptL. You agree not to use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

You retain all ownership rights to the prompts and content you create and store within PromptL. We claim no ownership over your personal prompt library. We own all intellectual property rights related to the design, codebase, and brand of PromptL itself.

PromptL is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
